We ship the majority of our orders with our partner Boxtal, who will provide you with tracking information directly by email.

For shipments within France, we mainly use Chronopost 18H.

We also deliver our robots in the French Overseas Territories (on estimate), in Europe and the rest of the world!

You can also opt for delivery to a relay point on request, billed at the same rate as home delivery.

It is possible to collect your orders for free in our store via our Click & Collect service:


For some of our larger or heavier robots, we use external carriers like DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Some customers will even benefit from personal home delivery!

Leobotics is committed to offering you the best prices, and all our deliveries are insured up to the amount including tax of the products appearing in your order.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation.
To optimize your costs, we recommend combining your purchases into a single order.
Our packages are carefully prepared, particularly those containing fragile products.


LEOBOTICS DELIVERY FAQ

The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering, within the specified time frame. These deadlines do not take into account the order preparation time, which can vary between one and ten days depending on stocks and the volumes of orders in progress. Leobotics strives to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible, ideally within the same day.

Shipments are made daily before 15 p.m. If you order before this time, it will ship the same day.

For any special request, whether it is an urgent need or a postponement of delivery, do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders placed after 14 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, depending on stock availability.

In the event of a damaged package, the Customer must notify the carrier at the time of delivery, by mentioning reservations, or by refusing to receive the goods.

Leobotics reminds that at the moment the Customer takes physical possession of his Order and its Products, without making a reservation at the time of delivery, the risks of loss or damage to the Products are transferred to him, and Leobotics is relieved of any responsibility for the external condition of the product or its packaging.

In all cases, we recommend that you photograph the package, products and packaging, then complete our after-sales service contact form.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, Individual customers have 14 days from receipt of the items (tracking by the carrier as proof) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify themselves.

In the event of a return or exchange, the items must be returned new, intact, in their original condition (unassembled) and in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation, to the address following: LEOBOTICS SARL, 38 quai Perrache, 69002 Lyon, France.

Leobotics will reimburse the sums paid by the customer within the framework of the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For Professional customers, a period of 7 days is granted from receipt of the items, only in the event of product failure.

In this case, the customer must contact the Leobotics after-sales service via our after-sales service form.

After evaluation and validation by our after-sales service, we will take care of the repair of the product.

When placing your order, Leobotics and Boxtal sent you a tracking link which allows you to follow the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website (Chronopost, Colissimo, FedEx, etc.) - search first this link in your emails.
