The R-Quartz scrubber dryer offers the innovative possibility of operating autonomously, i.e. without an operator. To be able to operate in autonomous mode, it is essential that an operator first indicates the work to be carried out.

To be able to operate in autonomous mode, it is essential that an operator indicates in advance the work to be carried out. This will be divided into different zones called "maps" depending on the size of the site, always starting from a specific point.

“Playback” method:

The operator performs the service that the R-Quartz will have to perform. The circuit can thus be reproduced identically while respecting all the parameters chosen by the operator, speed, brush pressure, they can modify during the service.

“Perimeter” method:

The operator defines the perimeter of the area to be treated by respecting the initial settings. Equipped with a 330A Lithium battery, the R-Quartz has a maximum working autonomy of 5H30 and a recharge time of 5h, over a 24h time slot, 11h of autonomous work is therefore achievable.

Autonomous Mode

During autonomous operation, the safety of the R-Quartz is ensured by a 3D camera, 2 circular 360° sonars, 3 special sensors for glass, 3 circuit-breaker bumpers. Communication between the operator and the R-Quartz is ensured by an ergonomic 7” touch screen. The R-Quartz is equipped with the telematics communication system in order to be able to monitor its autonomous operation remotely and in real time. The ozone option is also offered for bio-cleaning without chemicals.
