MODERN MOBILITY

TurtleBot 4 is built on the iRobot® Create 3 educational robot – a rugged mobile base that provides a range of intelligent sensors for precise localization and positioning, a payload capacity of 9 lbs out of the box and up to 15 lbs with custom configuration, and a top speed of .306 ft/s. The Create 3 features a standalone ROS interface and, unlike previous TurtleBots, includes built-in batteries and a charging station.

BUILD AND DEVELOP

Once you’ve mastered the basics, easily expand TurtleBot 4’s capabilities by adding your own custom sensors and payloads. Accessible USB ports, power outages, and a top mounting plate make it easy to integrate third-party hardware and components. With ROS 2 and its support for micro-ROS, expanding and integrating embedded microcontrollers is easier than ever.
