Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use of the CR series, the CR3A breaks the 3kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots.
Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use of the CR series, the CR3A exceeds the 3 kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 620 mm, the CR3A can meet the demands of picking, packaging, palletizing, and heavy-duty welding in the automotive, appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

The CR3A adopts an industry-first dual-channel end effector design that can directly connect to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating status.
The CR3A has a working radius of 620 mm and a maximum payload of 3 kg. With an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR3A operates more stably, with residual vibrations reduced by 50% during high-speed emergency stops.
The CR3A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly to the API. It features 24 digital I/O ports with advanced support for PNP and NPN switching to easily expand applications.
Both the robot body and the control box achieve a high level of protection of IP54. When overloaded, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR3A also features innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which reduces the final tool's fall distance in the event of a power failure.
