Need a free hand to hold all those technical items? Then the Braccio pack is perfect for you! With the Arduino Uno controlled Braccio robotic arm, you can unlock the limitless possibilities of robotics or simply use it to take the perfect selfie.
Designed for versatility, the Braccio can be assembled in multiple ways to allow it to support various objects at the end of the arm. With the ability to hold objects weighing up to 400g and a gripper width of 90mm, the Braccio robotic arm can grab whatever you need, perfectly still or rotating 180 degrees. Includes a Braccio board to allow you to connect servos directly to your Arduino board.
The TinkerKit Braccio is a fully functional robotic arm, controlled via Arduino. It can be assembled in several ways for several tasks such as moving objects. You can also attach a camera or solar panel. The Braccio can extend the range of your devices in many ways.
The Arduino Uno is the perfect board to get started with electronics and coding. The most widely used and documented board in the world, you'll find plenty of ideas in the Arduino Project Hub to see how you can 'get started' with your new Braccio robotic arm.
It is recommended to power the card via the jack connection with a regulated 5 VDC @ 4000 mA power supply supplied in the box.
The protection does not work for the Yun Arduino if you put the bridge between Vin and 5V on the Robot Arm V1 board (has a power switch on the top).
There is a built-in voltage regulator for higher voltages that protects the Braccio shield.
