Killoffer, a cartoonist and scriptwriter, took up the challenge of illustrating the book, or rather, like what Artificial Intelligence does to humans, of questioning the text by imagining what comic strip it could be.
Dominique Lestel teaches contemporary philosophy at the École normale supérieure on rue d'Ulm. He is a recognized theorist in the emerging field of philosophical ethology. His latest book is We Are the Other Animals (Fayard).
