Engage children, high school students in STEAM subjects, teach them how to use technology as a tool in a fun, hands-on learning environment and apply that knowledge in the real world. The CTC GO! modular cross-curricular curriculum provides educators with a hands-on, easy-to-use approach to STEAM concepts through project-based learning and allows students to design, create and test a series of playful, well-researched projects and easy-to-assemble experiments. Think of them as paintbrushes and paint – you give your students what they need to create, learn and thrive, while the hands-on, collaborative approach teaches them important 21st century skills. You’ll also get full instructional support with webinars, videos and direct contact with an expert.
The CTC GO! Core Module is a starter program consisting of 8x lessons, 8x guided projects, and 6x self-guided projects that teach students how to use electronics and give them an introduction to programming, coding, and robotics. The lessons increase in difficulty from the basics to learning different programming skills and building circuits for different sensors and actuators. During the 6x guided projects, students practice building structures and applying the knowledge learned in the lessons. Once you have completed the lessons and projects, you will be ready, knowledgeable, and confident to teach the six self-guided projects.
