A fun introduction to programming and robotics

The Algora 6-9 year old course was designed to gradually and playfully acquire programming concepts through a program spread over 2 years. The course is divided into 3 areas: programming (24 courses), robotics (24 courses), puzzles (24 courses to develop logic and spatial vision)*.
With Algora courses, the teacher does not have to be a programming expert! The courses are, in fact, designed so that the student can progress and learn independently. The teacher is more of a guide and has a manual to deal with all the unexpected.
*For puzzles, a specific kit has been designed.

A kit for 48 robots

Bowling game, crocobot, spinning top launcher, fishing rod, 4x4 car, monorail, monkey robot, cars programmed to get out of a maze or rescue people... Because we never learn better than by having fun, the 48 robots in the robotics curriculum for 6-9 year olds are always placed in play situations.

The Algora kit – robotics and programming is composed of:

  • of an Arduino card suitable for programming our robots, compatible with Windows/Mac/Android/Debian for Raspberry Pi;
  • various actuators to program robots with multiple actions: motors, LEDs, buzzer, pressure sensor;
  • of an infrared reflection sensor for programming cars on the circuit;
  • of axes and gears of different shapes and sizes to understand the basic principles of mechanics and movement;
  • cubes accompanied by various accessories to imagine colorful and fun robots.

Programming environments for every age

The Arduino board for Studuino gives you great freedom in choosing the programming language. It allows you to choose the language best suited to the level and age of the children:

  • Icon Programming designed for little ones allows you to approach coding by simply dragging and dropping icons into a linear script field;
  • Scratch for Studuino for children aged 9-14;
  • Arduino IDE for High School Students;
  • Tickle to program our robots on an iPad;
  • Micro:bit (provided you purchase a Micro:bit expansion card)
